Bastogne

Bastogne holds a number of US Memorials and monuments including those to Brig Gen Anthony C McAuliffe and General George Patton. The Town Hall has a statue of a GI and commemorative window, and there are several museums. The turrets of Sherman tanks define the perimeter of the siege of Bastogne.
